• You'll be on your journey with an assigned cohort and instantly become a part of a community here to help!
• You'll meet with your cohort weekly as a time to connect, deep dive on the material, practice and gain confidence to help together.
• Access our multi-media learning portal at times that work for you, to complete your weekly training modules.
• You'll have a weekly 1-1 with your clinical supervisor where you'll get to ask questions, gain valuable skills and process the process.

• Continue to be a part of our growing community with monthly events.
• Schedule your 2 weekly shifts at 2 hours each. You can schedule your volunteer shifts anytime and from anywhere in the world.
• Be ready to actively listen and trust the the tools you've gained as you show up for someone who needs help.
